Job Interview Comparison Chart

The purpose of this is to compare the suitability of candidates for a job position at interview stage. If they have gotten through the selection criteria then they already have sufficient qualifications or experience to fulfil the role. In a job interview situation it is more subjective, how do they cope under stress, will they fit in within the team and are they going to stay for a reasonable length of time?

By going through this standard list, and scoring each individual answer you will get a feel for the strengths and weaknesses of each candidate. These are represented by a series of graphs to help you measure the suitability of each person and make an informed decision.
