We at Sniffers Pet Care provide specialise in producing natural dog food for distribution throughout the UK. For a number of years, we had been using Xero for accounts, but had no visibility of our stock or processes within our production line. We had looked at a few solutions and eventually decided upon Cin7 Core as it seemed to fulfil all our requirements. We engaged ITEBS as their local partner to implement the package and they created a test environment, linked to a dummy Xero and Shopify account so we could test and modify all the settings and processes within Core. Once we got it close to how we wanted it to be, they provided on-site training which helped to engage our staff and provide valuable feedback. When we went live it was plain sailing with only a few niggles to sort out with minimal disruption to our organisation. If you are going to implement Cin7 Core for your business then I would strongly recommend that you talk to ITEBS so they can help guide you through the process.

 We had been using Xero for finances for a while but we had no visibility of stock levels. We had the added complications of stock being on-site with remote engineers so traceability was an issue let alone stock values. We had purchased Cin7Core as a Warehouse Management System to link with Xero but needed help setting it up. We engaged ITEBS who brought our existing information into a test version so we could go through the work flow and sort any potential issues prior to going live. When we finally took the plunge they responded quickly to issues as they arose and customised documents as we needed them. They also guided us into some of the more in depth features of the system so we have engaged their services to further develop the program for our needs.  If you are thinking of using Cin7Core within your organisation then I would strongly recommend you talk to the guys at ITEBS who will guide you through the process.

As a distributor and manufacturer of roll labels with  an extensive range of different types of products (over 15,000). ITEBS helped us extract out all the information from our previous system, classify in a hierarchical order and price it accordingly. This linked to our discount’s structures, which now show the new price according to quantities sold and automatically update with every price change. This work is now paying off with integrating to our new Magento website it imports the same navigation structure. This makes it easier for our on-line clients to find the products they are looking for and keep our catalogue and pricing consistent across all our  platforms.

We are a specialist card manufacturer and we had to move from TradeGecko to Dear Systems rather quickly before we lost access to the old site. ITEBS guided us through the process and helped us replicate the functionality of our old system whilst taking advantage of some of the new features within Dear.  There where a few teething troubles at the start, but they responded quickly to resolve those issues. The whole process took about 2 weeks and we made the change with minimal disruption to our operations.

We have been using Dear for quite some period of time and had modified it for our business needs.  As we work in a highly regulated industry we need to format our outgoing documentation in a particular way. ITEBS helped us to redesign our forms to include this extra information without compromising the aesthetic of our brand.

We had been using Cin7Core with Xero for a while but noticed that the stock levels and values weren’t coming across correctly.  We asked the consultants at ITEBS to investigate and they discovered a few things that were missed during the set up phase and were able to correct it and provide the accounting journals for our end of year.

We are a specialist manufacturer and use Dear as our main point of sales system at our retail store.  It has some nice features such as customer accounts, parking the sale and capacity for returns. End of day procedures are straight forward and inventory is updated overnight. We are now looking to extend this across our operations by adopting the manufacturing module.
