DEAR Systems Price

DEAR Systems has a number of different price plans to suit varying business requirements . The normal price is $325 USD per user for a minimum order of 5 users paid monthly. If you take out an annual subscription paid in advance, then it becomes $3575 (again at 5 users) a saving of $325. The company operates outside the EU so it is “beyond the scope” for VAT purposes. To translate that to GBP the annual license at an exchange rate of .73 it becomes £2597. Allow for exchange rate variations at time of purchase. There is no charge for the first month of as they allow that time for you to set up and customize your existing installation prior to going live.

The price includes 2 API extensions which allows you to connect with other programs. Mainly this is used to connect with your local accounting programs such as Xero or Quickbooks. Other connections can be used for other integrations you may need such as Shopify or a Point of Sales system. For any extra integrations that would be charged extra.
Implementation which includes importing in legacy data, customisation and training costs vary depending on the size and complexity of the organisation but begin at £3000 for a standard set up. We do conduct an on-site project management plan which provides a timeline, internal resources, final budget and highlight any issues that may be involved. Please note the start up special for businesses that just need assistance, for setting up or 95£ in four hour blocks, paid in advance. 
For any additional functionality there is an additional annual charge.
