Cin7 Core (formerly know as Dear Systems) is offering to onboarding any Tradegecko clients unto their plat forma for the value of $4000 (USD) Tradegecko will no longer be supported from June of this year so user have to move to a new platform before then. The implementation phase consists of 3 stages which will convey a simple and clear explanation to the implementation of dear system. They have a dedicate team just for this purpose.
Review Phase.
- Stage 1
- 45 min – exploration session
- Review business workflow requirements
- Complete onboarding document
- Hand over all data
- Sign off – the client has expressed all business case scenarios in the exploration session

- Stage 2
- XERO Integration set-up and Configuration
- Initial Accounting Sync
- Data conversion
– Supplier list,
– Customer list,
– CSV file to connect suppliers to inventory line item(s).
– Initial stock-take and initial stock on hand/value CSV upload.
– Allows for 1 amendment per CSV file
– 5 template customisations
– Sign off of all converted data Back end configuration for purchase order and sales order management
- Data finalisation and import
- Import last 3 months of orders from Shopify only
– Orders to be fulfilled from stock adjustment at an average cost
– Full sales order completion
– Does not include historic PO import
Training.
- Stage 3 Training:
– Zoom online training (1 x 60 min session) (training recorded)
– Product creation, Supplier creation, Customer creation
– Sales (simple sales, sales amendment)
– Sales fulfilment, warehouse management, Pick, Pack and Ship workflow
– Purchases (Stock receiving, Billing)
– Back-end training for inventory availability, stock transfers, write-offs, stock adjustment.
