Had enough of GDPR? Book here for our GDPR Party. (Interactive training)
Since everyone is sick to death of consent request emails, questionnaires, privacy policies statements and the obligatory

seminar, we are having our very own GDPR party on 23rd May from 4 till 7pm (Bottlescrue, EC2V 8AE). This is to celebrate (or commiserate) the introduction of the new data protection legislation about to grace our shores.
This will be a time to learn from the experience of others and see what changes they have brought in. We have a lawyer, insurance guy and a software geek on hand to guide you through an interactive session on how to build our own data map and privacy impact assessment. These will be taken from real life examples of what can happen and blow apart some of the misconceptions of what GDPR is about.
An interactive session to share experiences.

Be part of forum.
See what previous candidates have said about the sessions. This will build on our previous sessions with the latest updates in law, how insurance companies are dealing with cyber and the impact on software. Most importantly, the change in the way people work and process personal information. Staff training, and a change in business culture, will be the key to any organisations proof of compliance. We are looking at continuing these sessions into the future to provide a useful forum for those business owners and professionals grappling with all the implications of the new data rules.
This session will be held at the Bottlescrue 31-37 Foster Lane EC1 on the 23rd of May from 4 till 7pm. There will be 30 fee to cover materials, savoury and drinks with networking continuing at the bar.
